• What is E-tuning?

Want to get the most out of your vehicle? E-Tuning is the way to go! You will need a Cobb Accessport device for E-tuning. Once the order is completed, fill out the tuning form so we can get all information regarding your vehicle. We’ll take it from there, one of our Pro-Tuners will complete your base map and send it your way, upload this to your Cobb Accessport and provide the datalogs requested to us. Once the datalogs are analyzed, we will send you another map with instructions. This will be repeated until finished and the vehicle is fully dialed in.

• Time and Revisions

As payment and tuning form is received. We will have a base map ready in one to three business days. Our tune has a time limit of 6 months after the base map is sent. We will try to finish the tune on that time. Usually, it will take a month or two to finish depending on your setup. If communication is excellent and datalogs are sent continuously we can provide support after 6 months. If NOT, there will be an extension fee to continue the tune.

• Adding mods after purchase, purchasing a vehicle with or Accessport with one of our tunes.

Tuning is not transferable and only applies to original buyer & Vehicle. Adding basic mods BEFORE the tuning process will NOT require a payment of any kind, just notify us. But, if the tuning process STARTED, it WILL require a small fee for making those changes. Bigger mods like upgrading turbos, auxiliary fuel tunes, etc. WILL require a new tune.

• Check engine lights & emissions

On some cases, some codes that cause a check engine light can be turned off. Check engine or any lights regarding emission systems will NOT be disabled via tuning. We at RFTUNERS are committed to and follow all EPA regulations. We do not modify nor do tuning to bypass the vehicle’s emissions system.

• Spark plugs, which ones should I run?

For stock or lightly modded engines stock heat range works. If your vehicle is mildly/heavily modded we highly recommend NGK 6510 Spark Plugs. These plugs WILL NEED to be gapped. Recommended gap is .024-.028in. On a high horsepower application please contact us.

• Live local & remote tuning sessions

We are located in Puerto Rico. Live dyno tune will be mostly offered to islanders. If you live outside the island, Remote dyno tuning is offered too. Live remote & one day tuning is also offered. Vehicle inspection is recommended before any dyno or one day tuning. Please contact us for more information on these sessions.

• Refund policy

Once the process is started and the base map is sent to your email, we will not cancel your order or offer a refund as ecu, pcm, ecm tuning is a non-tangible digital product. But we do offer a refund if the base map has not been sent as order would not have been completed.
