Physical Identification Pop off the faceplate, you will find a sticker with the serial number. On Accessport With your Accessport powered on, scroll to "Help". Then select "About Accessport" and find the serial number sticker. On Accessport Manager Connect your Accessport and select "app info" to find the serial number.
